Specialized Coaching for High-Level Athlete Development

This is an in-person athlete development program for high school jumpers focused on building technical precision, consistent execution on the board, and the physical qualities needed to perform at a high level. Each session is intentionally designed to develop the complete athlete, integrating sprint mechanics, event-specific technique, and the strength and power required for long-term progression and college readiness.

Our Programs

  • 1-on-1 Private Coaching

    Full technical attention every session. Programming built entirely around one athlete — their event, their competitive calendar, their development stage. This is the highest level of individual attention OTM offers.

  • OTM Training Group

    A curated small-group environment. Your training partners include NJ state champions, nationally ranked athletes, and collegiate competitors. This is not a general track club, the group is assembled intentionally to raise the standard for every athlete in it.

Initial movement + assessment

  • Recovery and mobility recommendations

  • Video feedback and film analysis for targeted technical corrections

    → Compare video, measure improvements, and refine the next steps.

Every program is built case by case, based on your athlete's event, where they are in their development, and what their season demands. Whether they are training 1-on-1 or in the Group you know there is a strategic plan for your development.
