This is an in-person athlete development program for high school jumpers focused on building technical precision, consistent execution on the board, and the physical qualities needed to perform at a high level. Each session is intentionally designed to develop the complete athlete, integrating sprint mechanics, event-specific technique, and the strength and power required for long-term progression and college readiness.

    Right for athletes who need focused technical correction, are managing a specific injury history, or whose competition schedule requires individual programming.
