Triple Jump Progression: 34'0" → 40'4"
Kennedy came to OTM not knowing what triple jump was. Three years later she was NJ State Champion, nationally ranked, and signing with the University of Arizona. The process wasn't always linear, but her commitment to it was.

Ashley Noel
Montclair HS’ 24 → DePaul University

Triple Jump Progression: 34'0" → 39’1"
Ashley came to OTM in her sophomore year. She is the definition of a warrior, From learning to walk again after scoliosis surgery. Within two yea she developed to becoming NJ State Champion, nationally ranked, and signing with DePaul University.
