Kennedy came to OTM not knowing what triple jump was. Three years later she was NJ State Champion, nationally ranked, and signing with the University of Arizona. The process wasn't always linear, but her commitment to it was.

Ashley came to OTM in her sophomore year. She is the definition of a warrior, From learning to walk again after scoliosis surgery. Within two yea she developed to becoming NJ State Champion, nationally ranked, and signing with DePaul University.

Ma'Syiah Brawner
Winslow HS ‘26 → University of Kentucky

Triple Jump Progression:40'6.5" → 41’1.5"
Long Jump Progression:19’7.5" → 19’8”
After her indoor season, Ma'Syiah began working with OTM in addition to train with her school team. Returning from a knee injury at the end of her junior year, she sought additional guidance to regain momentum and prepare for a strong outdoor season before heading to the University of Kentucky. The extra support paid off, as she went on to set personal bests in both horizontal jumps — her first PRs in two years.

Egypt came to OTM the summer leading into her junior. After a stand out sophomore season that opened the door to her potential. This made her hungrier to keep growing, setting a new tone about being intentional in needing the guidance to truly unlock her growth.
