OTM Summer Training programs focus on exactly this. While most take the time to slow down and stop working. We crafted two unique training groups focused on maximizing the off-season to make you a better athlete. Group one is for high school athletes and group two if for college level athletes.

Summer Training Group - High School

The off-season is where the real work happens.


This summer, we’re opening up a small group for high school track and field athletes who are serious about coming back to their season different.

The group will meet 3x a week, starting June 22nd going through August 17th

Flat rate, no surprises.

10 spots. That’s it. When the group is full we’re not adding anyone else to ensure each athlete still receive the highest quality of attention to detail to their development.

Summer Training Group - Collegiate
$1,000.00

If you’re serious about your collegiate career, the summer is not the time to slow down.

We’re opening a limited college prep training group this summer for athletes who are either heading into their freshman year or want to spend this off-season training at a higher level. This Group will meet four days a week, built around the technical and physical demands of competing at the next level.

This group will start meeting first week of July.

This is the most intensive group we run. 10 athletes max and we are not flexible on that number. To make sure each athlete is getting the attention to detail they need.
